The way you see it is how clean it looked when we took it off the boat.  Prop and control is included. We have done the following to this motor, we changed the oils and pressure and vacuum tested the lower unit, changed the water pump impeller, performed a leakdown test and all the cylinders were less than 3%. Ran and checked over the engine.  The leakdown test is more accurate than a compression test, it has a gauge and you put air pressure in the spark plug hole and measure the percentage of air leaking past the piston and rings by rotating the flywheel. On this test 0% is the best 100% the worst, typically over 10-15% shows signs of wear and anything over 20% will start having a running issu
