Mercury 25hp 4-Stroke EFI Long Shaft
2006 MERCURY 25HP 4-stroke EFI long shaft motor. This motor looks and runs great and is ready to bolt on your boat and go. It is a remote steer and it does not come with controls. We had our mechanic run it in our test tank to make sure that it runs, shifts, & pumps water like it should. This motor has a dry weight of 180 lbs.

Motor runs strong with 125lbs compression on all 3 cylinders. Tilt and trim works fine and lower unit is free of water and metal shavings. This is a nice used motor which should serve it next owner well if properly cared for.

HIS IS A 6 CYL, 2.5 LITER, CARBURETED OUTBOARD WITH POWER TRIM AND TILT. THESE MERCURY 150 OUTBOARDS PRODUCE OUTSTANDING POWER AND ARE BOTH SUPER RELIABLE AND VERY DURABLE. THIER LOW END TORQUE IS SECOND TO NONE.
MECHANICALLY YOU COULDN’T ASK FOR MORE. THE COMPRESSION WAS 115-120 ON ALL CYLINDERS. IT FIRES RIGHT UP, PUMPS GOOD WATER, SHIFTS SMOOTH AND SOUNDS EXCELLENT WHEN YOU RAP THE THROTTLE.
