This 2006 Sea Ray 290 Amberjack appears to be in nice condition and low hours for the year. The cockpit upholstery appeared to be in good condition, as well as the bimini top canvas. The cabin also appeared to be in nice condition and I didn’t notice any issues with the amenities. The mid-cabin berth was used for storage during my visit so that I couldn’t ascertain the condition of the upholstery in this area. We have fully boat tested this motor and it is ready to go. Compression on this engine is even at around 200psi which is very close to original factory condition.
This Suzuki 115 hp 4-stroke has around 280 original hours on it. The weight of this motor is around 416lbs. This has a 20″ shaft which makes it ideal for any small boat. This is the perfect horsepower for almost any boater.
Will work great on a bass boat, flats boat, pontoon boat, center console, or any skiff that can handle a 90-125hp 4-stroke outboard.
